Doubt regarding HSG test
What does it mean mild dilatation of left tube with no free spill, suggestive of left fimbrial block. please explain this to me.

Left fimbrial block means chances of getting pregnant from left sided ovum are least

According to your history,it is left tubal block that means pregnancy can be possible with rt .tube and both ovaries assuming that ovary is not involved in this pathology. For confirmation go for hysterolaparoscopy if necessary

It means the fallopian tube in the left side is blocked and you chance of conceiving via a follicle or egg from left side ovary is less

Rare chance only to get pregnant from left ovary I hope RT side is good then chance is there from RT side
