Doubt about PCOD diet
Hi, I have PCOD. I want to understand what kind of diet restrictions should i follow to avoid weight gain? As such I dont eat a lot of sugar or anything unhealthy for that matter. My lifestyle is fairly healthy and I exercise atleast for 1 hour everyday. I dont have friend items and junk food at all. I have honey with lemon in morning, should stop that? I also eat nuts everyday- like almonds, walnuts, anjeer, dates- should i stop these also? Is jaggery also harmful? Should i stop eating rice also?

Hi.... Consider dietary changes. Low-fat, high-carbohydrate diets may increase insulin levels, so you may want to consider a low-carbohydrate diet .. Don't severely restrict carbohydrates; instead, choose complex carbohydrates, which are high in fiber. The more fiber in a food, the more slowly it's digested and the more slowly your blood sugar levels rise.
