Doubt about a tablet

Asked for Female, 44 Years

My aunt has heavy and painful menstrual flow and urinary track infections.....she has been prescribed to take NOVEX DS 60mg tablet twice a week...the doubt is when to take the tablet...is it on 5he 1st day of menstruation or on a normal day... Is it to be continued every month on the 1st day of menstruation...pls clear my doubt...
