Menstrual flow
My menstrual cycle is quite regular but the flow is very very less. It just finishes in two days. Sometimes i get a small pricking kind of pain right side of my tummy. I got cyst in both my ovaries and got cured too.

Stay physically active,have a balanced diet,do yoga ,and get ur Thyroid checked,also get a repeat Ultrasound done to see for cysts which might be still there .
