Double marker test positive
I have done double marker test in 13 weeks of pregnancy which turned out to be positive for PE 1:50 and Down syndrome 1:140.
What does this mean and how to resolve this? Doc told me to go for NIPT test. Do i need to have any precaution? Can I continue with prenatal yoga?

Double marker test is just a screening test you need a confirmitory test
Go for aminocentesis
If it turns out to be positive there is no way to resolve this you will have to undergo termination of pregnancy
