I got a usg done today can someone please tell me what is a dominant follicule i have attached my report is it something to be concerned about

Dominant follicle will get bigger and u
Will ovulate. It's normal in each menstrual cycle. Each menstrual cycle one dominant follicle will develop that will ovulate. U have endometriotic cyst also. Connect for proper discussion
