Dominant Follicle
Hey mam/sir I done my ultrasound today its shows dominant Follicle in size 11mm can i conceive without help of medicine I was taking pcos treatment 3 months ago my last period date  was on 6 july can you please help give me advice

U need serial follicular monitoring. 11 mm follicle may or may not grow. It can also may or may not rupture and release eggs as it's common in pcos. Better to continue ultrasound follicular monitoring and see whether egg is getting released or not
