Does tibia is shifting?
Does it APPEARS that my tibia's are shifting outwards on lateral side?? I am getting overweight, 90kg at 5.6ft height. Don't have much physical activity so don't gets pain in knees, but it appears to get some feeling in anterior of knees when i walk quite some time. Its not pain but appear of feeling at anterior of knees. I have attached pics. Does it APPEARS to you that my tibia's are shifting outwards on lateral side??

I don't think your tibia is shifting laterally...looks normal to me... Try to reduce weight and that's it However if u want to double check...consult your nearest orthopedician to get examined thoroughly
