Hello, greetings from Kolkata. The kind of pain you have described may be of discogenic origin.however, without clinically examining you it's hard to differentiate between other causes of back pain like facet joint involvement or postural back pain or inflammatory back pain.  Discogenic type of pain is caused by prolapse of any intervertebral disc and compressing over any nerve root in different region of our spine.
Next Steps
Kindly get the back pain investigated by a orthopedic surgeon properly and follow back precautions for now.
Health Tips
Back precautions like not lifting heavy weights, not bending the spine etc.
