Back pains and it is shifting in thighs, back while turning the sides while sleeping and also while walking it is painful what should i do

it looks to be muscular problem.  for emergency u can use cold packs . but I will advice u to go to orthopaedic surgeon get uer check up done

consult Ortho surgeon this can be a disc problem get investigations as advices xrays/ MRI and go for appropriate treatment
