Does HCG injection affects thyroid level
Hiii, I had one missed abortion two years back and now I am 11 weeks pregnant with twins. And I am taking susten 200, Dydrosure and weekly HCG injection 5000 Unit. My question is does HCG injection affects thyroid levells? My doctor didn't told me to do thyroid test because I don't have any previous thyroid issue. But now I heard that taking HCG injections affects thyroid levells. Pls reply.

No it does not
But in pregnancy u need to check ur thyroid levels n keep them less than 2.5 in first trimester n Less than 3 thereafter
