Does HCG injection affects thyroid level
Hiii, I had one missed abortion two years back and now I am 11 weeks pregnant with twins. And I am taking susten 200, Dydrosure and weekly HCG injection 5000 Unit. My question is does HCG injection affects thyroid levells? My doctor didn't told me to do thyroid test because I don't have any previous thyroid issue. But now I heard that taking HCG injections affects thyroid levells. Pls reply. Thank you

HCG does not affect Thyroid hormones level.  But during pregnancy you should get your Thyroid profile done.

No it does not But in pregnancy u need to check ur thyroid levels n keep them less than 2.5 in first trimester n Less than 3 thereafter

Nothing like that, youll have to check thyroid levels in all pregnancies
