I am very lean, n i skip breakfast most of the times. But whenever i eat, i eat stomachful, pls suggest me on how to gain weight. N i have one more query doctor, masturbating everyday will reduce weight??

Hi, Never skip your breakfast. Have a protein rich breakfast every morning. If you eat non veg then eat it more often. If not then have more veg sources of protein. Have 2 bananas daily. Have 2 glasses of milk or shakes or smoothies or lassi everyday. Eat frequently. Have paneer, cheese regularly. Have plenty of good fats.
