My mother is having mild cough since 10 days. I have the RT pcr test done after 4 days of earlier symptoms, it was negative. We have started antibiotics and she was feeling well . However she is extremely fatigued. We have the rapid test and the CBC done, rapid test was -ve and platlet count was less and RBC is high. Doctor told it could be typhoid/dengue. We are treating her now to increase platelet count. For the CBC done again today and platlet count is promising. Should we do CT scan to see if this is COVID? Of just continue with antibiotics ?
Her saturation is around 94-98
Pulse is 98-100
Smell and taste is still intact
Currently mild cough
Little fatigue
No fever
