Based on the details provided, the blood test and sputum results suggest a positive AFB (Acid-Fast Bacilli) smear, which is indicative of tuberculosis (TB). The increased CRP (C-reactive protein) levels also point to an active infection or inflammation in the body. Since TB can affect the lungs primarily but may also spread to other parts of the body, further assessment of symptoms and possible imaging tests, such as a chest X-ray or CT scan, are recommended to confirm the diagnosis and assess the extent of the infection. As tuberculosis is a serious condition, early treatment with the appropriate combination of antibiotics is crucial. Your doctor will likely start you on a specific TB regimen based on national guidelines. I strongly recommend you follow their advice and take the medications consistently for the full duration to prevent any complications or drug resistance. For a more detailed evaluation and to discuss the treatment plan, I would suggest you consult me directly or message me via WhatsApp on eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two.

No. This report is not sensitive to decide whether you have TB or not. But the report is negative for TB. Also your symptoms are only since 4 to 5 days. Other history is required like history of loss of appetite, history of weight loss, easily getting tired, etc. Please consult after sputum cbnaat and chest xray.
Next Steps
Go for sputum CBNAAT for an accurate diagnosis and also for a chest xray
Health Tips
wear a mask and avoid spreading infection to others
