Do 70%blood causes shortness of breath.
I have trouble breathing sometimes especially during walking. In blood test and reports says that i have 70%blood and 10.3 gm haemoglobin . i want to confirm if shortness of breath is due to low haemoglobin.

Yes anemia can be a cause of shortness of breath and you seem to have moderate anemia.  Females are generally predisposed  to anemia. You should get treated before it gets worse
