Hi, Sorry I didn't get the first bit of your problem. You were in a fight with someone? And who gave you nail paint remover in your ice cream and why did you eat that? Do you feel disoriented in the sense forget what date, say or time it is? Nexito and sezodon can have a drowsy effect due to which you might be feeling so sleepy all day. Did you go for a follow up to your psychiatrist and inform about the side effect? You might be requiring dose adjustment or a change of medicine. However, let me make you aware that you should not be tampering with your medicines as it can lead to a bad relapse. If you have any problems you should go for a follow up and explain your discomfort so that it can be taken care of. But leaving your medicine course incomplete or stopping them abruptly is a very bad idea. This is not something like crocin or cetrizine which can be stopped once you start feeling better. These are psychiatric drugs which work like anti biotics. Have you consider going for counseling as well? Take a second opinion of a psychiatrist if you are not comfortable with the first one and get a proper diagnosis. And please also start going for counseling sessions. Your details are a bit vague and seeing you in person can help me to diagnose and guide you better. A psychiatrist can/will refer you to a neurophysician if required.
