Some people have their neural circuits prone to react differently to external substances especially cannabis, MDMA, LSD, Ketamine, etc. in your case you are experiencing slight bit of withdrawal that appears to be prolonged and may need a consultation from a psychiatrist to evaluate exact symptoms and probable cause. Alcohol is a CNS depressant and so is Cannabis, both have a tendency of cross dependence, but this develops only with a prolonged use of both the substance. The symptoms you mentioned shows propensity of your brain to react differently when it comes to Cannabis particularly. Avoid its use. Regular use may lead to Amotivation syndrome, aggravate depressive features if any or even precipitate an episode of psychosis in those who are vulnerable.
Next Steps
Consult a psychiatrist. Detailed history of past substance exposure is required to understand your profile and present symptoms.
Health Tips
Avoid current use of either substances till current symptoms subside.
