My mother in law is suffering from so many internal problems from 2 months. All day she feels dizziness, weakness And she does not talk normaly, mood changes Acidity problem, and she is affraid and nervous. Before lockdown , we took to doctor and doctor diagnosed spinal chord issue , and medication was given but after that report my mother in law was afraid

As per the age mentioned, your mother in law must be having the age related anxiety too that may be one of the reason of mood changes n nervousness. Talk to her n make her understand or motivate her that people do get sick n by medicines they do well also. If possible keep talking to her as n when u all get time that will help her to make that she is not alone.

She seems to be disturbed because of so many stressful things you described she must be seen by a psychiatrist as well as her if there is some spinal chord issues that must be addressed also with the help of a neurologist or an orthopaedic surgeon.
