Dizzy spells numbness on and off all body... right arm the other day horrible taste in mouth... right side ear noise clicking when jaw moves and tightening in chest sometimes mainly on a morning, instinctive voice, your going Down, which I then went down to my knees, sharp pain in chest on and off, shortness of breath also
