Dizzyness and nauseous
I used to feel dizy and nauseous atleast twice a month or sometimes once a month or sometimes after a month. At times i used to vomit too. Is it gastric?? i take omeprazole time to time but im prone to feeling dizy all the time. i have to stand up slowly because i used to get head rush all the time. my bp is mostly at 90/60 sometimes 101/60 . and im 25yrs old female . Pregnant three times with no birth complication. my haemoglobin count was a little low few months back but i havent gone to the doctor for a while  now...plz tell me what i may be suffering from. is it low bp or gastric or other form of diseases!

Have CBC,LFT and ultrasound upper abdomen  (fasting) May take cap panD before breakfast daily. Your BP is also low ,you should  take salted lemon water and other  supplements  Probably  gastric

Hi. It  could be due to low hemoglobin levels. Since at 28years you have history of 3 child birth.
Next Steps
Firstly,get a Complete Hemogram done. And then ,after the report comes, you can consult again. Have iron rich foods and tablets simultaneously.
