Was sick 2-3 weeks ago, stomach pain + nauseous, started as a headache which lasted from 8pm all the way till I slept and when I woke up it was still there. After that, in the afternoon I had no appitite to and was nauseous. For the rest of the week stomach was kinda upset, poop not normal.
Now, poop is normal but as I was brushing my teeth, suddenly had sharp pain in stomach, belly button area and felt nauseous.
Not sure if it's related to period symptoms (due tomorrow) or if it's my digestive health

Hi... Eat smaller, more-frequent meals. If you experience frequent indigestion, try eating several small meals instead of three large ones whenever you can....
Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty....
.Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach...
Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function
