Dizziness while cycling
My brother age is 18 years old, he sometime do cycling to go tuition. Around 8 KM he cover totally for the day. He today felt dizziness feeling and had drink water and came home safely. Now he is okay and fine. No any other issue. This is the first time it is happening. He do wear mask and started cycling at 12. O clock at afternoon. Whether this dizziness is due toh dehydration or something else.?

May be due to dehydration.or due to mask ...if there is the tight mask breathing difficuty may also occur.

Cycling is a wonderful exercise. Please continue that. Since he is in a young age there will not be any problems. Always drink atleast 3l of water everyday. Take food in a timely manner.
He will be fine.
U can wear a cloth mask while cycling. 2 masks or N95 masks are needed in crowed places only
