Dizziness mostly
Dear Doctor, I feel more lightheaded or a feeling of little dizzy while on bed like my body is moving. Sometimes when i am standing i feel the floor is tilting/moving through my foot. Sometimes when i move my head i will get dizzy spell for seconds. Sometimes I feel like.y body is floating or moving on my back.sometimes i feel lightheaded/less balanced while walking. BP is 120/80 fasting blood sugar 73. I am having this problem since months.not sure what is running..i always feel my body is moving or its a dizziness or what i don't know but never fainted or fell anywhere or i never felt spining..just i am getting scared of all this day by day. Kindly help...

Any ear ache or any other ear symptom ? Fasting blood sugar is also on a lower side .
