Dizziness from last ten days
I am having persistent dizziness from last one week and have the feeling that i might fell down if i don't control. Can you please tell me what might be the reason

Dizziness especially if it's vertigo when you feel the spinning of your surroundings ,is related to either inner ear issues or nervous system.Consult with a ENT specialist first ,and if necessary a neurologist.

Hi dear
If it's this much bad then it's better to go to a hospital near you and get urself thoroughly examined.
It could be some ear related issue or even nerves or brain issue so it's important to examine and then find the cause for it
