  4. Diziness. The reason and how to cure it?

Dizziness..
For couple of days I am feeling dizziness when I suddenly move my head or getting bend down quick My bp is normal and my food habit is pretty much normal and water intake is almost 3.5L I am worried about this What is the reason and how to cure it? Please provide a solution
