Dizziness and sweating
I have minor blackouts were I start feeling dizzy and then start sweating profusely 1st occurrence : childhood 2nd:school 3rd :In train or when I recieved a really bad news I have had a few more incidents like this .Alll have been while I was travelling . It goes away also quickly .However I am worried if this is an indication of some issue . Except for 1 time where I had fasted for 12 hrs all the other incidents have occurred on full or semi full stomach .Kindly help . I have been diagnosed with pcos since 8 years

Nothing to worry much. It may be coz of stress and hypoglycaemia. U r taking treatment for PCOS? Everything is normal
