Dizziness and loss of appetite
I have lost my appetite from almost a week, and feel dizziness and vomiting sensation. Also right side flank pain which comes and goes. Please let me what is the problem and also which specialist has to be consulted for this.

Okay ,so loss of appetite almost from 1 week , dizziness, vomiting sensation and right side flying pain indicate that you have some infection in your stomach so infection could be present in systematic organ or in any organs that lying to beside of stomach.
So what is the exact diagnosis and what is the exact treatment for this you should take consultation from a good doctor history .
Cause of right side flank pain generally due to infection present in kidney ,urinary tract infection, muscle strain and due to stone present in kidney or gallbladder.
Next Steps
You should do ultrasonography of whole abdomen with attention of pelvic area.
