I am having a problem of disturb sleep since two months. Initially it was very difficult to sleep it self. But now I'm able to sleep but my sleep break at midnight every day. Some days even after breaking sleep, I am able to sleep well but some days, happens like whenever I sleep I get so many dreams. Dreams are not specific to something or some stress but it's very vivid and random. Please help me out to sort this out. I am currently not in India and it's very difficult to contact the NHS because of the appointments. I request you to kindly help me out on this what to do. This is impacting my day to day life and I feel lethargic during the day. Is this insomnia?

Dear pt. Nothing to be really too much worried :-
Lefstyle modification
1. Destress yourself .
2. Work hard :-whatever you do , do with great health.

When there is such a wide variation in the presentation of your symptoms, surely it cannot be because of a disease. It should be a psychological problem.
Please consult a Psychiatrist in your area for further information and management
If you do not have any other medical issues as you have not mentioned any.. you could try proper sleep hygeine methods
1. Avoid caffeinated drinks past 4.00pm
2. Strictly reduce screen time before bed
3. Take a 20min hot shower
4. Consume light food or preferably fruits at dinner
5. Condition yourself with a perfume (I would prefer sandalwood or lavender) by spraying it on your bed while sleeping (can even work as an aromatherapy)
6. Try sleep music to doze off peacefully
Next Steps
If none of the above helps, you will need to consult a psychiatrist for prescribing sleep maintainence pills.
