Disturbed sleep , fear and anxiety
I am having issues with my sleep Earlier I had anxiety and disturbed sleep for which I took many western medicines I have very normal and simple life routine no junk food Do walking and sleep at a regular time Inspire of all this I am having disturbed sleep hair fall bloating irregular menses I have anemia thalasemia minor and a history of minor stoke in 2018 which cause no problems But I have become anxious person I am not in a position to do yoga or meditation at this point may be after this sleep issue is solved I can try Please see if homeopathy can help I am still taking some klonopin melatonin sometimes but it's not helping much When I get up from sleep in the night I get very fearful for no reason Lot of visuals in my dreams sometimes very tiring These are my complete symptoms and history

You are having anxiety and fear issues.. dont worry just relax.. play some soothing music in youtube .. for relaxation and sleep.. dont take more stress on yourself.. distract yourself in different activities.. whichever u like to do..

Firstly your issue is not sleeplessness, it is your anxiety, which is the cause. Now if you are taking tranquilizers, they will force you to sleep, which is not effective in your case. so, its better you should go for a thorough counselling / history taking session to get the suppressed thoughts out. It cannot be done by self. You need someone to help who is handy with this procedure. only after that you can come to a diagnosis.

Please note that such disturbances  are found commonly in females due to hormonal changes (in premeopausal or menopausal age group), with anxiety, low self esteem, fear, suspicion etc. During this period one has to be social, active, and take care of your diet full of all components but less oily. Maintain your walks and do not consume much tea or coffee. Have a lot of water and seasonal fruits. Take milk/ milk products.
