I have recurrent dislocation of lt shoulder. When hill sachs lesion devloped in month or years?? I ask question bcz i want to arthroscopy.

Hi , usually hill sach lesion develop in first dislocation but over period of time it increases. If you are getting recurrent dislocation better to go for surgery sooner because risk of arthritis is higher if you dislocate very often.
