Dislocated teeth causing pain
Hi Doctor, I have attached the x-ray image of my left bottom teeth. One teeth is growing as shown in the image and this is causing severe tooth ache. Used Katerol DT and Augmentin tablets for pain relief. Please suggest if this teeth needs to be removed. The pain killers are working only for few hours.

Hi ! Pain for you is because of wisdom tooth as well as second molar . If u get ur wisdom tooth removed pain doesn't subside , xray showing pupal involvement seen in 2nd molar . It can be saved with root canal treatment with crown . Pain killers are only for temporary relief . So get treatment started asap to save 2nd molar .
Next Steps
please visit dentist and get wisdom tooth removal and root canal procedure done

Hi, Your wisdom tooth is impacted and it is impinging on the second molar. The xray shows a huge cavity on the second molar and has involved the dental pulp. You will require to remove the wisdom tooth and get a root canal treatment done for the second molar. Please see your dentist immediately.
