Broad based left paracentral /lateral protrusion of the L5/S1 intervertebral disc is seen ,abutting the ipsilateral traversing S1 nerve. disc bulge is seen at L4/L5 with posterocentral dominance,partly effacing the ipsilateral laterak recess and mildly encroaching on the ipsilateral inferior neral foramen
