Disc bulge at l4 l5 and s1
I have disc bulge at l4 l5 and s1 The pain is in my low back no where else's Sometime i feel nerves tingling in my low back and when i lay down on my stomach i feel this weird sensation like something is moving(nerves) The pain is not that much i can walk but cant sit for more than 2-3 mins How long does it take a bulge to heal and does ones spine ever recovers fully? Will i ever be able to live my normal life again

Do the cat/cow stretch. Get on all fours, with your arms straight and your hands directly under your shoulders; your knees hip-width apart.

Hi.., ur case might be a recent, so u r not able to sit..
Next Steps
visit an experienced physiotherapist take IFT for pain relief.. do supervised core n back strengthening exercises.. Learn n strictly follow postural advice

It usually takes three months to recover fully . Yup u wil be able to leave a normal life..
