Disc bulge at L3-L4, L4-L5 , L5- S1
Hello Doctor, I am having a lower back pain on right side,which starts from back and moves towards back of the hip, followed by left and foot. It is ON n OFF pain. This pain usually triggers when I do hair wash in shower, bending forward with face down. Pls note : this pain started after I slipped in the washroom in May 2021. Attached in my MRI report. - I want to understand what type of pain it is, as it is extremely painful. - help me understand the MRI report and suggest treatment plan

As per the report , u need a physical examination from direct appointment with Neurophysician/ orthopaedician... We have to assess any neural involvement there or not ..

Avoid bending and heavy weight lifting. treatment depends upon the findings.
