Recently MRI confirmed that i got a mild disc buldge at L5/S1. Every physio guy and doctors asking whether your pain radiating to legs ??
But i am not sure how to answer this. I can feel some different feeling on left side sometime. But not tingling or numbness.
Can i any one help me how to identify rAdiating pain ??

Hai radiating pain mean when u lift ur big toe while sitting or lying n bed if u feel pain n the back it is called radiating why don’t visit a near by Physio
