Disc buldge
Recently MRI confirmed that i got a mild disc buldge at L5/S1. Every physio guy and doctors asking whether your pain radiating to legs ?? But i am not sure how to answer this. I can feel some different feeling on left side sometime. But not tingling or numbness. Can i any one help me how to identify rAdiating pain ??

In your MRI radiating possible but you have no answer so don't worry explain  your felling in easy way.like heavy ness. Cramps type. Pinching. Pain off and on. Ya other. Advice.... Posture corrections must. Physiotherapy treatment. Avoid long sitting, toward bending and heavy weight

Pain will be in buttuck or in back of your thigh region And tingling will be like pins and prickling over Ur leg

Hai radiating pain mean when u lift ur big toe while sitting or lying n bed if u feel pain n the back it is called radiating why don’t visit a near by Physio
