Bleeding in motion even though the motion is not hard .
I am software engineer I have to sit and work for around 8 hours everyday .Is it because of that I'm face this issue .
And everyday I'm loosing blood so what could be done.
And I have no stomach pain .I have proper food everyday at proper time and mine is basically heat body.

One of the most common causes of your symptoms is Piles. For that, you need to visit a surgeon(for per rectal examination). Till then take high fibre diet and plenty of liquids
