Bloating, changing stool frequency and symptoms after spicy meals are often seen with IBS, food intolerance or gastritis, but diagnosis needs a proper history.
Keep a food/stool diary, eat regular smaller meals, reduce very spicy/oily foods, and maintain fluids and soluble fibre.
A single darker stool can follow food or medicines, but truly black tarry stool needs urgent assessment for bleeding.
Seek care promptly for weight loss, persistent vomiting, blood in stool, fever, anaemia or pain waking you at night.
Please book a consultation to review the medication used and decide whether CBC, stool tests or other evaluation is needed.
YOU HAD TRIED MEDICINE N YOU R FINE BUT AGAIN RECUR, MEANS
CHANGE LIFE STYLE N DIET PLAN DRASTICALLY FIRST OTHERWISE NO THERAPY GIVES U PROPER RESULT.
NEXPRO RD40 ONE IN EMPTY STOMACH FOR TEN DAYS. MUCAIN GEL10 ML WITHOUT WATER NOTHING BY MOUTH TILL 30MIN CAN BE TAKEN 3TO4 TIMES.
ARISTOZYME GOLD ONE HR BEFORE LUNCH N DINNER FOR 2WEEKS.
Your burping, bloating and symptoms occurring after meals can be consistent with GERD/dyspepsia, but chest pain with left-arm pain cannot safely be assumed to be acidity. A normal previous ECG does not by itself rule out every cardiac cause.
If you are currently having chest pain/tightness with left-arm pain, especially with breathlessness, sweating, dizziness, nausea or worsening pain, please seek urgent emergency evaluation now.
If you are currently stable, you should have a proper clinical assessment rather than repeatedly taking short courses of medicines. Your recurrent bloating can also be evaluated separately for gastrointestinal causes.
Please consult me on Practo with your previous reports and medication details for a proper assessment and personalized treatment plan.
Looks like related to GI. It can be
GERD
H.pylori infection
SIBO
Peptic ulcer disease etc etc
You visited 4 doctors...what did they say... Did you follow their advice?
You need proper evaluation for diagnosis
Next Steps
feel free to consult me on practo for further evaluation and management
The symptoms can occur with GERD or other gastrointestinal causes
A consultation would help review your previous evaluations and assess whether further cardiac or gastrointestinal testing is needed.
Its gerd mostly .ecg to ruled out cardiac cause .you need to improve your dietary habits and lifestyle modifications first.increase fibres and drink lots of water.avoid outside food and oily as much as you can.otherwise once medicine starts then no option available.
