Diffuse disc buldge in noted at L4-5 intervertebral disc space causing thecal sac indentation and narrowing of both neural foramina. Ligamentum flavum appears mildly thickened at this level.

Saurabh first of all treatment is not only based on uer MRI report. What is uer problem. U need to be examined before I advice u anything .
