Yes it will help your son up to some extent. But there are numerous other medicines which will or may be needed in full treatment.
Other medicines like podo., cham
, cina, kreosotum, etc.
But one thing for sure, he will be cured nicely by homeopathy.

Mam uses and side-effects are two face of same coin,
Homeopathy don't work on the principal of uses but it is based on clear symptoms of patient.
