Difficulty in passing stools

I have been having trouble with bowel movement...sometimes I just have feeling of incomplete evacuation...sometimes I put my finger in to clean and more poop starts coming out...also I feel something in the anterior wall of my anus when I put my hand in

You can take Syrup.Cremaffin Plus 30 ml after dinner for 15 days( Adjust the doses in case of loose stool, make it 30/20/10ml or even can stop it depending upon consistency of stool).Take DABUR NATURE CARE - 1 big teaspoon in one glass of Luke warm water after breakfast and one after dinner daily for 1 month
