I have difficulty in breathing through my nose since years i use drops before it was ok but now its not working

Nasal obstruction may occur due to deviated nasal septum/polyp/mass.. chronic use of nose drop(usually xylometazoline) cause rebound congestion.. visit an ENT specialist for opinion..
