Clareon and Acrysof Iq are made from different material
Calreon comes in a preloaded delivery system means there are no chances of scratching or damaging the lens
The design and material of Clareon prevents glare glistening and disphotopsia
In a way clareon is a better lens than Acrysof IQ

Clareon is better technology.
Both are monofocal lenses, but clareon will give extended depth of focus. ie. On can do some work at intermediate distance without glasses.
