I found that with -.25 power one can easily read the 6/6 line. While with the same power one has 6/9 vision... What is the main cause of such difference???

The difference may because of many reasons, it is possible if the person is using both eye, so if one eye is normal(having no refractive error), then he will be able to read 6/6 vision line. Because what we see is Binocular vision. Other reason may be inaccurate prescriptions of glasses (Young people should go for dilated retinoscopy).
