Diff between Alcon acrysof iq and PCIOL
Doctor has prescribed my father for cataract surgery below thing
"Phaco Emulsification with PCIOL( left) in local anaesthesia."
I am not able to understand the above line.
I wanted to use Alcon acrysof iq monofocal lence.(monofocal toric Alcon acrysof iq)
What is the difference between Alcon acrysof iq and PCIOL(mentioned above).
Please help.

Alcon is the company name, acrysof IQ is the name of the PCIOL (lens) made by them.
PCIOL is the posterior chamber intraocular lens, inshort, Lens
