Dietician problem
I used to eat only non oily foods,non fruit only eat roti,curd,bitten rice,boil veg.i had tested so many things but nothing should come in result so what can i do to start eating every things kindly tell me or guide me for healthy life.thanks

Hello,why are you eating all those ??you haven't mentioned main problem , Do you have problem with obesity? I consider it has obesity.Have more of fruits and vegetables, drink lot of water , avoid junk ,oily food items ,have food like chapatis, avoid curd ,ghee, ice creams , meat .Exercise daily in morning , sleep well ,avoid worries.
