Ur father is having less weight he need to gain11 KGS. Creatinine increase due to more muscle activity. More than diet his exercises and activity level need to be monitor give him healthy diet to increase muscle . Hi thanks for your question. I can advice you that your father has to reduce intake if protein based foods at a certain level . Avoid organic foods, very limited lean or red meat, less egg only white, no lentils or more quantity sprouts. Try to add more green vegetables ,fruits .also no spices, salt,oil 2 tsf only PUFA written.

Boil 3 tbsp of barley in 1lt water n drink it thru the day helps reduce levels as its a diuretic.Also make sure he is having a well balanced diet.
