Hello there. I can understand your concern. You need to have high protein and high fiber diet. Avoid oily and spicy foods. You can have junk foods like once in a week. Avoid tea/coffee/ bottled juices/ carbonated drinks etc. Workout everyday for at least 30 minutes. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. Bangalore.
