Try to eat small frequent meals. Eat calorie dense foods like avocado,nuts,dates,cream,butter,peanut butter. Include 1-2 serving of proteins source in your meal like 2 whole eggs,fish,chicken,soyabean,Paneer.drink plenty of water.

If you need to lose weight have plenty of fiber in the form of fresh fruits and veggies, dried fruits like almonds and walnuts, protein sources like low fat milk and paneer, dals and pulses, if you are a non vegetarian chicken, fish and egg whites too. Avoid fried and fatty foods completely. Drink plenty of water throughout the day.
