They can be given beans , nuts, seeds, dry fruits, fruit salad, fruit juices, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, everything that is nutritious and home cooked can be given in moderate amounts...

Yes you can give a boiled egg daily for a 3 years old kid. Although there are other protein sources of food like fish or chicken, dal, curd . So you can alter the options. Rice with dal , vegetables and curd you can give ,fish and egg you can alter and give thrice a week. Chicken also in the stew form you can give once a week or fortnightly. Rice dal khichdi with vegetables is also good option for lunch. Milk or buttermilk in morning and evening and daily some portion of seasonal fruits as a mid-morning snacks you can give.
As this is a growth period you should give her a good nutritional care and as well water intake has to be taken care of.
