Hello dr i 24 and my weight is 62 and i want to gain 70kg?. i hav just started gym in mrng i go without eating and after gym i take 15min rest dan i drink warm water 3glass dan breakfast 3chappati one glass milk dan lunch and dinner please suggest me some plan to gain muscles without protein powder and eggs heat my body so it causes ulcers in my mouth again nd again plzzz suggest some plans

What is your height .muscle gain can be through natural diet.egg is also not so important.

Hi welcome - For oral ulcers or sore ,you must maintain hygiene, avoid spices, oils very less, salt, too much hot foods, no out side junk/fast foods. So far I can see your diet is already in imbalance stage. Go high protein diet from foods at home irself.. Add 2eggs, spinach, legumes like dal, pulses, sprouts, all dairy dources ,300-500 milk, paneer, chana, yogurts, curd etc. Have 1pc 100gm fish at Lunch, dinner also 1 pc chicken or fish . 5 days non.veg. 2 days veg you can plan. proper diet cum exercises can help you right body shape.
